I am a research fellow at the Global Asia Institute, National University of Singapore. I use applied econometrics to study the interaction between humans and their environment. For instance, I have studied how tree cover affects the urban environment and how that affects the health outcomes of people living there. My interest in applied econometrics also applies to methodological development; I have published on the topic of kernel density estimation.
